Comprehensive ADHD assessments for children from age 5, using a multi-method approach that includes clinical interview, cognitive testing, and standardised rating scales completed by both parents and teachers.
ASD Assessment: $1700.00
Comprehensive autism assessments for children aged 2–16. The process includes cognitive testing, ADOS-2, rating scales, and draws on multiple sources of information to understand your childs profile.
Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorder: $2500.00
Comprehensive assessments for children and adolescents presenting with multi-domain neurodevelopmental concerns, such as co-occurring autism, ADHD, learning disorders, and intellectual functioning difficulties. Includes cognitive testing, ADOS-2 or MIGDAS-2, adaptive functioning (Vineland-3), behavioural and emotional rating scales (BASC-3), clinical interview, and a comprehensive integrated report to contribute to the referring paediatrician's or psychiatrist's diagnostic formulation. With a referral from a paediatrician or psychiatrist, children may access x4 Medicare rebates. The current rebate is $98.95 per session for a registered psychologist.
Educational Learning Assessment: $2000.00
Identifying the specific reasons why a child might need extra support with learning. This includes Specific Learning Disorders and Intellectual/ Cognitive functioning.
Therapy & Counselling: $250.00
Evidence-based therapy for children aged 4–16. Supporting a range of mental health and wellbeing presentations and psychological conditions.
Carer Allowance & Carer Payment Medical Report: $450.00
Completion of the SA431 Medical Report and related Centrelink forms for existing clients, to support Carer Allowance and Carer Payment applications. Available to current therapy clients and assessment clients within six months of their assessment, where the child's diagnosed condition is one being actively treated or managed by this practice. Includes form completion, supporting clinical letter, and up to 30 minutes of parent consultation.

Functional Capacity Assessment
Functional Capacity Assessments for children and adolescents. Focused on cognitive, psychosocial, adaptive, and behavioural functioning, using instruments such as the Vineland-3 and BASC-3. Suitable as evidence for NDIS access requests, plan reviews, and school support planning. Private fee: $1,700.00 NDIS participants: billed hourly at $232.99 against Capacity Building Improved Daily Living.
NDIS Reassessment Report: NDIS Rates Apply
A focused report for existing NDIS participants preparing for plan reassessment. Integrates current diagnostic information with functional impact across self-care, communication, learning, social participation, and emotional regulation. Written to align with NDIA evidence requirements.
Cognitive Assessment: $1000.00
Cognitive assessments are a vital tool to understand how a child thinks, learns, and processes information. A cognitive assessment is often used to assess for an intellectual disability or giftedness. .
Educational Adjustment Report: $400.00
A focused report for families whose child has an existing diagnosis and needs written clinical evidence to support school-based adjustments. Includes summary of diagnosis and presentation, functional impact in the school environment, and specific recommended adjustments. Suitable for DIP (replacing PSD)/NDCC/ funding evidence, Individual Education Plans, Student Support Group meetings, and access arrangements for standardised testing. Available to existing clients and families with recent assessment reports from other providers.
